COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micro Motion DS100 S138 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mountz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mountz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Newport product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mountz such as the 260000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 75215 manufactured by Mountz and we are pleased to be able to service most Mountz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PX459005AIEHN by Manufacturer Newport as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nidec-shimpo Brand DT5TG1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Switch such as TR34 equipment made by Micro-Switch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Switch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Switch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D141 made by Microwave-Sensors as well as the popular TTSR1U0345 original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 437DTM by Motec and TR34 spares by Micro-Switch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original optpNCDT1302 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-epsilon. |
